open source
I am a long time open source contributor and maintainer. Below you can see some of the most recent projects that I’ve been working on, and here is my full GitHub profile.
My most successful project is Gollum, a wiki system based on Git, and geared towards software developers, engineers, and academics, for which I am the lead maintainer and contributor (since 2013).
Gollum supports multiple markup languages, and strives for compatibility with GitHub, GitLab, and Gitea wikis. I am currently working on integrating support for RMarkdown in Gollum to facilitate reproducible reporting (see issue, feedback welcome!).
I am most experienced as a Rubyist, but have also contributed patches to projects in C++, Java, and Python. I also have experience as a systems administrator, working with e.g. Puppet and Docker. I am currently learning Rust.
